SeaGaze

Set on a prime Downtown Oceanside site, SeaGaze 16 was designed to compliment and elevate the existing architectural vernacular of the area.  Referencing existing 1970’s cast-in-place structures nearby, the building rises nearly 80’ capturing panoramic ocean views while keeping the massing light and permeable. The project was sold during entitlement.
